Polska Nutrition maintains strict quality standards for every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged or cannot be authenticated, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

How the return process works

Step 1

Start from My Orders

Open the My Orders section, choose the delivered order, and submit the return request with your contact number, address, pickup slot, and reason for return.

Step 2

Upload product proof

Add a short video showing the sealed product and the damage or verification issue so our team can review the request clearly.

Step 3

Customer care review

Our customer care team will contact you by phone or email to confirm the details and arrange the pickup if the return is eligible.

Step 4

Pickup and refund

Once the product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

When can I return a product?

  • The product seal is intact and the packaging has not been opened.
  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • The product cannot be authenticated through the available authenticity code, QR code, or product verification label.

You cannot return

  • Products that have been opened or have a broken seal.
  • Products returned because the taste, smell, texture, or flavour is not to personal liking.
  • Products missing the freebie, gift, or promotional item included with the original offer.

Can I swap the product?

No. Product swaps are not available. Eligible returns are processed as refunds to the original payment method.

When will I receive the refund?

After pickup, we process eligible refunds within 14 days. Once processed, it may take up to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account, credit card, or original payment method.

What information should I keep ready?

Please keep your order number, product name, batch details if visible, delivery address, phone number, reason for return, and a short video showing the defect or authentication issue. If the product was purchased under an offer, return the freebie along with the product so the refund can be processed.
