Like many young people, I was fascinated by fitness, strength, and the idea of self-improvement.
What started as curiosity slowly became a way of life. For the last eight to nine years, training has been part of my daily routine — not because I was preparing for a competition, but because I believed discipline had the power to change a person from the inside out.
Then life took me from India to Poland. At first it was simply a new country, a new culture, a new chapter. But over time, Poland would teach me something far deeper.

In Poland I had the privilege of training under Adrian — a champion bodybuilder, respected coach, and one of the most disciplined people I have ever met. Under his guidance, I learned that true progress comes from patience, structure, and daily commitment. Those years eventually led me to the competitive stage.
